Impressive, huge room with an own bathroom and a hair dryer, terry dressing gowns and shower caps. Extremely comfy bed, delicious breakfast with toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. Location just off London and Silverstone, the town centre and nearby pubs, restaurants, and a lovely park. Affable staff providing terrific services;))

definitely coming here again
The beautiful double room was huge and had a comfy bed, private bathroom, tv, and a kettle for tea and coffee. Breakfast was great, with fresh milk, and we enjoyed a lovely full English served by the friendly Amanda. The place had a quirky vibe, and we loved Trudie the dog roaming around. The park across the road was perfect for dog walks.

Spacious room with personal touches, but cold upon arrival with no heating.

Unique personalized service, characterful period hotel, lovely garden and park views
A tighter parking situation could use improvement!!! Cold room temperatures on arrival weren't exactly inviting!!! Noise from the busy road. Shared bathroom access might deter privacy-seeking guests!!!

Cozy stay with a charming vibe
This little hotel is a gem! The owner is super friendly, and their dog is even friendlier. The location is perfect right across from a park, and parking's easy. Really comfy beds and unique decor. Plus, breakfast was delish, but the shower pressure could've been better.

Such a lovely and cute atmosphere! My host Amanda was friendly and helpful. The room had a unique character, full of elegance, yet felt very comfortable. I loved the luxurious shower experience. The breakfast was a highlight. It met its great reputation with delicious options, homemade jams, and accommodating vegan needs without any hesitation. I enjoyed watching blue tits outside my window each morning-what a lovely view! One downside was the absence of a lock on the bedroom door. The room could've been warmer, as it felt a bit chilly during the night. Parking was somewhat tight after hours, especially when I returned late in the evening. Otherwise, everything else.

Loved the blooming breakfast options and ticked off a culinary bucket list at local gems like The Star of India. The room had a comfy bed, and Amanda was a sweetheart, sorting out our taxi. An English breakfast that hit just the right spot!
We faced chilling drafts as central heating was a no-go, and shared bathrooms weren't quite as advertised. Plus, a hint of cigarette stench lingered, a bit of a pickle. Traffic noise also gave us a nudge in the morning!

Staying here for a quick getaway was mostly a pleasant experience. I appreciated the warm hospitality from Amanda, who made sure to provide a delicious homemade breakfast that really hit the spot. The cozy bed added to the comfort after exploring the local attractions, making for a restful night. I did notice the room was a bit chilly during my stay, which was a tad uncomfortable initially.
